Here are some of our policies for you to carefully review before placing an order with us: We try to be fair and accurate with all our listings and descriptions. Please read each description and buy carefully. We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email us before leaving negative feedback. We are not a retail store, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged. If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake.(It happens). Refunds will not be processed after 15 days of your purchase. We choose carriers with great reputation and provide tracking information with all our orders. After the chosen carrier inform us that the package has been delivered, our responsibility ends. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, after they have been confirmed as delivered. Tax Policy
You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes. We use a variety of shippers, some of whom do not allow delivery to PO Boxes. To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to any PO Boxes for any orders. Additionally, there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO or FPO mailboxes. As a result, we do not ship to any APO Boxes or FPO Boxes.
Although returns or exchanges are not pleasant either for the buyer nor for the seller, sometimes it is a necessary step. We encourage all our customers to contact us if they need to return or exchange a product purchased from us, according to the following statements. To proceed with any return, you must contact us at How do we manage returns/exchanges? 1.- Broken/damage item(s): If an item gets to you broken or damage, we may replace the item and ship it again to you as soon as possible. We would only need an email with one or two pictures of the broken items and we will proceed with the replacement. We may issue a refund instead upon request less shipping and handling. 2.- Mistaken item(s): If by any chance, we ship you the wrong product or it was not the item you wanted or you just change your mind, we may replace the item for the correct one. In order to do this, you would need to ship the wrong product back to us at your expense. Once we receive the item back in perfect conditions, we will ship you the agreed product or issue you a refund less shipping and handling. If it was our fault shipping you the wrong item, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping. 3.- Time frames: We accept return request within 15 days of your delivery date. Unfortunately, afterwards, we will not process any return requests. Note: All items returned to us, must be unopened, wrapped and in perfect conditions. Opened, used, unwrapped or damaged items WILL NOT qualify for exchange. Items broken/damaged during shipping do not need to be sent to us but the procedure to follow is described on point 1 on "How do we manage returns/exchanges?".
